In order to clean the stone use, a clean wet towel or you can wash directly under the water. Make sure you don't use detergent. Once it’s clean, let it dry. When you are done baking, wipe the dough and cornmeal particles. If the need arises you can use a scraper that is flat to scrape the particles. After that, soak the pizza stone in warm water.
