Our general MOQ is 1000pcs for bulk packing order and 2000pcs for customized packing order.

Q: 2,When is your peak season and off season?What’s your lead time?

R:

Our peak season starts from October to April next year.The lead time in peak season is 50-60days.
Our off season starts from May to September.The lead time is off season is 30-40days.

Q: 3,How can I get a sample from you?

R:

Contact us and advise what you want,we will do the best to satisfy you.
If you want customized sample,then we need to do the mold first.Sampling will be free with freight cost collected.

Q: 4,How can I purchase your product?

R:

②Tell us your idea or send us your design.
③We made quotation to you basing on your idea and design.
④We make the sample for your confirmation.We work on the packaging diecut for your packaging designing.
⑤We finalize the details and you place the order.
⑥Mass production.

Q: 5,What’s the payment terms of you?

R:

We accept T/T, LC at sight, Paypal, Alibaba Trade Assurance payment.
We mostly deal with T/T for most of our customers.

Q: 6,What’s cordierite stone?

R:

Cordierite is one kind of refractory material that with the lowest expansion coefficient. Cordierite stone is burned in 2192℉ kiln , it can stand temperature as high as 1400℉, and would not crack under thermal shock. Our stones can be used in oven or on grill directly,they are FDA(USA), RoHS(EU), LFGB(Germany), etc certificated. Just enjoy your food on our stone!
