Instructions:
1. Combine yeast, salt, and water in a bowl and allow them to sit for 10 minutes so that the mixture becomes foamy.
2. Combine salt and flour in another bowl. Now, add the above mixture and olive oil. Mix all the ingredients to thoroughly combine them.
3. Spread some flour on a plain surface and move dough over it. Knead this dough for 5-7 minutes and give it a ball shape.
4. Use some olive oil to grease the bowl and place the dough in it. Now wrap it with a lukewarm moist towel and leave it for 2 hours so that it becomes double in size.
5. Preheat the pizza stone on a grill after the dough gets bigger.
6. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to nearly 10-11 inches across.
7. Place this crust on a well-floured large spatula so that it can be easily moved on the hot pizza grilling stone.
8. Now brush some olive oil on the crust and add sauce and toppings. Prefer using a think sauce so that it may not penetrate into the crust.
9. Now transfer the crust on the heated stone by using a spatula and close the cover of a grill.
10. Allow the pizza to grill for 10-15 minutes until the edges become golden brown.
